Celebrating love and Romanian traditions at Bucharest Henri Coandă International Airport
Bucharest Airports National Company celebrated the day of Dragobete with the concert offered by "Noua Generație" ("New Generation"), one of the more than 1800 choirs gathered under the umbrella of Cantus Mundi National Program, Marin Constantin’s visionary concept of social integration through choral singing, meant for children and young people in Romania.
The event, organized within the partnership between the Bucharest Airports National Company and "Madrigal - Marin Constantin" National Chamber Choir, was dedicated to the Romanian traditional celebration of love, Dragobete, and is also part of the "Bucharest Airports – a value promoter" program, which has been successfully carried out since 2012.
The concert took place in the old "Departures" terminal, bringing, on the unconventional stage of Bucharest "Henri Coandă" International Airport, artistic moments from the repertoire of different folk areas of the country, with which we wanted to celebrate the Romanian culture and traditions.
